Hi everyone, Sometime ago I had a chance to play with papers from Magiczna Kartka (Magical Card). I did some video for you where I introduced you to this polish brand. All the chipboards arre from Scrapiniec :)
On the video I showed you the papers and some projects that I did using those beauties. Today I wish to catch up with some photos of those cards and share the video again in case you didn't see it.
For those who wish to check their store (it's in english too) here you have a link :) also here is their BF page where you can follow all the inspirations, news and giveaways!
I hope you are doing well and all is good with you.
Today I would love to share with you a mixed media canvas. I have also prepared a video tutorial for you! I hope you will enjoy my creative process and find some inspiration for yourself.
I need to say that I have enjoyed this project a lot.
I had this photo for a long time but for some reason I could not come up with any nice idea to use it.
I remember taking this photo and thinking... how much I love it and how much I wish to make a piece with it. Sometimes, some projects, photos, products must wait a little longer than others, wait till the right moment of inspiration comes.

It is so good to be back. I love this moment... back to you with another piece of my soul.
The best thing about creating is sharing... sharing projects, ideas, feelings... inspirations... sharing love for art.
I have another mixed media based project for you. I was so lucky to have a chance to already play with brand new paints from Finnabair. Those colours are to dye for!
I have also prepared some very short and sweet photo tutorial.
I started with plain, plastic frame which I covered and primed with heavy white gesso.
My next step was to add some metal findings to create some background texture. I glued them using heavy body gel.
One of my favourite finding is car wheel weights :) yes you heard me :)
When all the background elements where glued I started paiting my piece using brand new colours from Art Alchemy from Finnabair. Once everything was dry I added some paper Prima Marketing flower embellishments and chipboards from Scrapiniec.
As my finish touches I added some white splashes with Lindy's Stamp Gang spray and shiny tiny gems which I love recently. I hope you enjoyed this make and be sure to check out the new colours... you will love them.
