Hi guys!
I hope you are well and all is good.
Here in Ireland... like in Spain... sun and more sun since two weeks!
It is so unusual for this country to have no rain and temperature over 20!

On this happy note I wish to share very cheerful and rainbowy journal spread.
This project is my inspiration for June colour challenge at Lindy's Stamp Gang.

I am back with another colour mood board for you. I must say I love working with a colour scheme... this time I made a journal spread for your inspiration.

Just keep going - journaling by Marta

Hi guys,

Every month I am super excited to be back to you to share my new project, today is no different.

This month is super fun for the team as we are having a chance to experiment and try out brand new Finnabair products from Prima winter release.

I have to say I was super excited and curious when I saw Finnabair's new Art Alchemy acrylic paints! I knew I would be using them as my first choice.

Today I am back to my true love, back to journaling.

Visual journaling, art journaling... any sort of expression in a book or a journal is by far my most favourite way of creating. It was such a pleasure playing with texture and colour this time.

I made a short photo tutorial for you in which you can see how easy it was to create this page.

To create your background simply add some Modeling Paste through a chosen stencil, stick some lace while wet and colour it after drying. 

All you need is some journal or an old book where you can build your texture. Once this is done, get your hands on the paints and colour your pages.

It takes time with new products to get to know them well and to understand how they work. I must say I am in love with Finn's new acrylic paints, amazing colours, so vibrant and juicy... wonderful to blend in! I am pretty sure that those paints are gonna be in my top 10 used products this year.

I hope that my spread will encourage you to grab your book and do some journaling.
Remember, there is no good or bad in art journaling, no rules and no limits! Just CREATE & Enjoy!

Just breathe - easiest background ever - VIDEO tutorial

I am so very happy to be back to you with some new project and cool technique.
Project for Lindy's Stamp Gang !!!
I would love to show you the most easy background ever!

All you need is water & Magicals! You will see all creative process in the video tutorial below.
Additionally I added texture paste through the stencil (you may skip that part).
Check this out! Such a simple, super fast and extremely effective look.

You can use any Magical set you wish! They are perfectly designed to work well together.

Captured journal page for Lindy's Stamp Gang

Hi everyone,
I hope you had a wonderful Christmas.

Today I would love to share with you my recent journal spread.
In few steps I will show you how can you simply create your background.
You can create your background base by using masking tape, old book pages or just leftover paper strips.
 

When you have your textured background time to add some gesso to prime your pages... next step is to add some colour.

One of my most favourite technique is to use a pipe from inside the bottle. Instead of using brush you can 'draw & paint' using plastic pipe.

My next step was to emboss my chipboards and add some stamping.

I hope this inspired you to create your own simple textured backgrounds. It's great to use old, recycled pieces of paper. In this way you will create unique and one in kind journal pages.
