Hi everyone,
Quick share of my small project for Prima Marketing as part of Finabair Creatvie Team.
I made another tiny pice as my series is called 'Tiny Art'.
Basically it's this cute, fun and small type of Art where I can totally enjoy my freedom on a small surfice. I hope you will enjoy my make.
I used all brand new products from Finnabair - her fantastic paints, art stones and more !
Love, Marta xx

Assemblage Art 'Imagination' + VIDEO tutorial
Hi Darlings,
Does it sometimes happen to you to create project that surprise you a lot? My today's make for Dusty Attic is just such a surprise for me. At the beginning idea was completely different than the final result. I planned texture, colors and beauty of flowers ... I managed to create texture and had fun with mixing the colours... but also all the rest is no longer so charming as I imagined ... or maybe I am wrong?
I let you to to judge my assemblage piece... maybe sometimes charm and art lies in the scary and not so obvious beauty ?
I hope you will enjoy my full process video.
I used two most beautiful chipboards from Dusty Attic. When I saw them in my DT box I knew I wish to create some canvas with them... I started playing around and then... I grabbed some resins and... my Angel was alive!
Process Video:
I wish to thank you so very much for such a wonderful feedback about my first project 'Journal Cover' for Dusty. You have left so much love for me with heart warming coments. I ceated process video on my altered journal cover. If you didn't have a chance to see my last make, please go to My YouTube channel, to see full video tutorial.
Happy creating, hugs Marta xx

Grateful
Hi & Hello everyone !
Welcome in 2016 ! It's Marta Lapkowska here and I am delighted that I can start my new year with you guys !
Recently I am in love with creating small pieces of art... I called them 'Tiny Art' :)
Here is my first project of the new year, from my 'Tiny Art' series which I hope you will enjoy.
Did you know that you can use Mica Powders to colour ? Use them like painting powder ?
I will show you in few steps how you can colour your stamped image. I used same technique to colour the whole project.
To start stamp your image and choose your mica colours.
To colour your image all you need is brush and water. Dip your brush into the water and then into your mica powder. I added some dark and bright shading by using both black and white gesso. Then I cut out my butterfly :)
Lastly I attached my die cut butterfly into my project.
I hope you have enjoyed my make and found it inspirational.
I wish you all the best for this year, many creative journeys and never ending creative mojo :)
Hugs, Marta xx

Capture the Moment + my first ever Vlog !
Hi everyone,
How are you doing? It's Marta here ! Are you getting ready for Christmas?
I love altering plain wooden bits!
The possibilities are endless! You can create anything you want!
Lastly I added paper flowers and some beads.
The color scheme I chose reminds me of a winter scene. Cold, icy and cosy at the same time. :)
I sprayed my piece using sprays from Lindy's Stamp Gang.
I created the shading using Black and White Gesso.
As my finish touch, I sprinkled the flowers with some glitter!
For me, Christmasy projects must have glitter. :)
Handmade gifts are very special. You can also decorate your house with your own altered pieces.
I hope you found my winter project inspirational.
ps. Did you see my very first Vlog already ???
Check out my little chit chat to you !!!
Hugs, Marta x
Psst psst.... Don't forget there's a Finnabair giveaway going on! ;)

How are you doing? It's Marta here ! Are you getting ready for Christmas?
I have to say I am so not ready for Christmas. :) I feel I have so much to do around the house but at the same time my crafty desk is always calling me so loudly :)
Making handmade gifts for my relatives is a great excuse to create even more!
Today I would love to share with you a wooden door. I got those handcrafted wooden doors from a friend.

The possibilities are endless! You can create anything you want!
I started by stenciling the background using Snowflake Paste. Here and there I added White Crackle Paste. Then I added some metal elements, chipboards from Scrapiniec and lace.
Lastly I added paper flowers and some beads.

'What if...' altered food can + VIDEO tutorial for Finnabair
Hello my dearest friends,
To colour the sides of the can I used a mix of different Mica Powders from Finnabair.
Additionally, I used some autumn goodies - wild roses. I dried them a little before painting. :)
As my title I stamped some words from Finnabair's stamp sets.
My main focus is a girl cut out from Ephemera - Vintage Collectibles.
I hope you will enjoy my video. Be sure to share your creations if this project will inspire you to make some art ! I hope to hear from you :)
Hugs, Marta xx
Products from Mixed Media Place:
It is so good to be back to you !
I know that it's been a while since my last video tutorial for Finnabair Creative Team :) and some of you were asking me to create a new one, so here it is !
Today's project was inspired by super talented Janka. A couple of months ago she created an altered piece for Mixed Media Place. I loved it so much that it stayed in my head till now.
I decided that I have to use her idea of altering an unwanted food can. ;)
It was challening for me but I enjoyed it a lot.
To create this fantastic texture heaven I used Finnabair brand new Snowflake Paste.
And let me tell you, this is a wonderful medium to achieve rusty and corroded texture for your projects. All you need to do is add some colour !
